Return Policy

Online orders may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt.

Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date. Items may be held during this period, but must be shipped back within the 7-day window.

All merchandise must be returned in unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition with original tags attached.

Penny Lane reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.

Final Sale:
All jewelry, accessories, sunglasses, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
